Paleochora - Crete, GREECE

Paleochora (or Paliochora and Paleohora as you might find it), is located in the province of Chania, on the island of Crete and lies along the Southern boundary of Greece. Paleochora is 70 km far from Chania and 200 km far from Heraklion. It is a small peninsula projecting into the Libyan sea and is also called the "Libyan Bride" and the "Sunland". Paleochora is now inhabited by approximately 2500 people.
The landscape is magnificent and this area offers a large variety of hotels, rooms and hostels at the best prices and for all tastes. It is said that in Paleochora you can find the best coastlines of Crete island.
